IN DETAILS: HOW DOES IT WORK?

When a guest would like to connect to the internet with his own laptop, he will search for the local Wi-Fi network, that works as a open one and will connect to it. After connecting he will enter his favorite web address to the browser and the browser will automatically transfer him to the start page of the HotSpot. Then he will have to choose from the offered access packages.

The guests will not be able to access the network, till the price of the package is not paid either by credit card or by purchasing a Pre-Paid card (It is up to the location if it sells Pre-Paid card or not).

If your guest chooses to pay by credit card, then he will be transferred to a secure payment page (payments are done via WorldPay or/and PayPal), where he will be able to pay the price of the chosen package with credit card or a PayPal account. If the transaction was successful, then the access to the internet will be granted immediately and your guest will be able to use the network as if he was at home, or in his office to browse, send e-mails, use Skype or anything else.

If your guest has a Pre-Paid card, then he will only have to enter the code that is written on the card. This code will grant him access for a period of time. Upon activation the internet can be accessed immediately.

The operator decides what packages would like to offer, including the length and price of the accesses, the bandwidth and traffic limits. The operator can even set the currency of the location and determine the prices in that currency.

HOW DOES THE DIVISION AND THE ACCOUNTING OF THE INCOME

HAPPEN?

According to the business model of HotSpotSystem.com's HOTSPOT PRO™ solution, our service has no monthly fee, our company receives a share from the income generated by the end users. Thus there is practically no risk. The commission received by us depends on the traffic of a given HotSpot location. The major part of the income (minimum of 70%) will stay at the operator even if the turnover reaches only the lowest level of income.

All transactions are made via our system, thus all incomes from the credit card transactions arrive to us. Then we pay out our operators monthly supposing they reach the minimum payout level.

If a HotSpot location buys Pre-Paid cards, then it will be paid for us in advance. For example: If a location sell a 1-hour access for $5 then the Pre-Paid card will cost $1.50 based upon the 70-30% devision. This purchase has to be made in advance via our on-line shop.

HOTSPOT BILLING & MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

The system of HotSpotSystem.com works with a special software that is running on the Wi-Fi router itself. Upon granting and authorization of the access the software communicates with a high performance RADIUS SERVER, that is also operated by HotSpotSystem.com.
